Early Look: ‘Rocketo: Journey to the New World’

Until Rocketo, Spiro and their band of adventurers return next year in Journey to the New World, we'll have to be satisfied with Frank Espinosa's latest artistic endeavor, Killing Girl from Image Comics. Written by Glen Brunswick, the big picture concept behind Killing Girl: What if the Mafia had their own secret service?

Just to sweeten the deal, Espinosa has posted the first nine pages of Killing Girl, along with some conceptuals from the next Rocketo mini on his Web site (like this great image of Spiro) for your perusal. If you like the Killing Girl sample, I wouldn't wait around until next week to stop by your friendly neighborhood comic book store.
