It's hard to stand out from the crowd at SPX, but Ariyana's Suvarnasuddhi's booth, with her brightly colored, Thai-inspired prints about Tiger Balm and Goliath bird eating spiders would be tough not to notice.

The Maryland based comic creator describes her comics as "visual kenophobia," "neurotic" and inspired by, "Tibetan paintings, Thai Buddhist mural paintings, and Illuminated manuscripts. " Suvarnasuddhi' is planning on writing enough short comics about things that disturb her to collect them in a book.
