It's a very Beartato Halloween today as the MONSTERS Project continues with art from Anthony Clark, the creator of the exceptionally charming webcomic Nedroid and its most recent book collection, Beartato and the Secret of the Mystery. His spooky contribution to the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund benefit art auction features vampire versions of Reginald and our very favorite bear-slash-potato (Beartato) as the adorable Bat-Ducklings flap down to greet them. Check out the full image after the jump!

If you're a comics creator who would like to contribute, hit us up! There is still time but it is running increasingly short as Halloween is nigh.

Also, if you missed our previous Monsters Project updates, take a look at Jeffrey Brown's take on Frankenstein, Ariyana Suvarnasuddhi's Medusa, Tom Fowler's Sad Frankenstein, and also Dean Haspiel's Frankenstein. If you'd like to purchase one as a Halloween gift for yourself or a loved one or just generally the cause of free speech in comics, you can bid now on the Monsters Project art at the CBLDF.
