Hasbro's built up a treasure trove of Marvel movie tie-in toys over the past few months, showcasing several Captain America: The First Avenger and Thor action figure prototypes at Comic-Con International: San Diego and New York Comic Con, but now the toymaker's official images have arrived, revealing a swingable "Thor Lightning Hammer" (a.k.a. Mjolnir), a Captain America shield and more.Almost all of the First Avenger action figures shown are from Hasbro's comic series, so don't expect to see Winter Soldier bombing Hydra agents from the air on July 22. The Thor movie toys in the below images, however, should reflect the look of the film come May 6. It's also important to remember that these are merely sample images and don't reflect the entirety of Hasbro's launch lines.

The 3.75" action figure lines aside, it's exciting to know those with appropriately-sized noggins and fists will soon be able to equip themselves with Thor and Cap's signature weapons for less scratch than current replicas. If I can't fit into the Iron Man 2 helmet, I'll at least be able to make like Superman from Avengers/JLA #4.
