Pokémon Red/Blue's case against genetically modifying beings enslaved for recreational dueling is back! Mewtwo, the freakishly powerful spelunker that captured all of our hearts by being the only pocket monster to "speak" like a human via psychic powers in Pokémon: The First Movie and pretty much every PKMN related manga series released in that era will be available to catch in Pokémon Black/White on February 12 thanks to the power of Nintendo's Wi-Fi Connection service. Nintendo's being cagey about all the details, but Anime News Network's insight that the Japanese version of this promotion delivered a level 70 Mewtwo with the King's Rock item, and Psystrike, Shadow Ball, Aura Sphere and Electro Ball moves gives US players some idea of what they could expect to find next month. From the official Pokémon site:

The legend of the Genetic Pokémon Mewtwo has grown ever since it debuted in the Pokémon Red Version and Pokémon Blue Version games. The Psychic-type Pokémon has always been considered one of the most powerful Pokémon available, and also very tough to catch.

You'll have a new opportunity to get the Legendary Mewtwo once again! Starting on February 12th, you can receive Mewtwo for your Pokémon Black Version or Pokémon White Version game. Take part in a limited-time distribution event to get this amazing Pokémon. This Mewtwo is incredibly strong and fast, and it even has an exclusive move that Mewtwo cannot normally learn!

I'm not going to lie to you guys. I'm probably going to spend February 12 playing Skyrim and watching Power Rangers re-runs on Netflix, but I'm going to at least think about catching Mewtwo half a dozen times and then feel disappointed that I was too lazy to catch him as I drift to sleep that night, when I'll dream a remixed version of "2.B.A. Master."

Don't forget about psychic!!!!
