Clear as Marvel made its new Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Ghost Rider in the recent photo, we could have used a better look at the actual flaming skull. Well, say no more, fam, as the newest Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 4 poster gets up close and personal with your new Ghost Rider … ’s floating head.

Following recent photos and teasers, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. lights up Season 4 with a brand-new poster, prominently featuring the face of Ghost Rider (who seems to have affixed himself to the series’ title as well). As we saw with the initial photo, S.H.I.E.L.D.’s Ghost Rider borrows the skull from the classic character, more-so than the helmeted look of the comics’ Robbie Reyes.

So reads the Season 4 premiere synopsis, which features Natalia Cordova-Buckley back in the role of Yo-Yo.

In the season premiere episode, “The Ghost,” Ghost Rider is coming, and S.H.I.E.L.D will never be the same.

Guest starring are Natalia Cordova-Buckley as Elena “Yo-Yo” Rodriguez, Gabriel Luna as Robbie Reyes, Mallory Jansen as Aida, Lorenzo James Henrie as Gabe, Briana Venskus as Agent Piper, Max Osinski as Agent Red, Ricardo Walker as Agent Prince, Edward Gelhaus as skinhead, Ian Hutton as Blondie, Blaise Miller as lab tech, Samuel Barajas as Felix, Bryan Rasmussen as warehouse manager, Wilson Ramirez as Diego, Jen Kuo Sung as Chen, Jerry Ying as thug #1 and Lilli Birdsell as Lucy.

Elsewhere of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 4, we know Jason O’Mara will play the mysterious new S.H.I.E.L.D. Director, along with Mallory Jansen as the robotic Aida, and Parminder Nagra as an anti-Inhumans politician. The new season was also said to skew darker in its new 10:00 P.M. timeslot, amusingly enough with equal-opportunity sideboob.

We’ll see for ourselves when Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 4 premieres in its new timeslot on September 20, but what do we make of the latest look?
