Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will return for Season 4 as soon as next week, kicking off both the hunt for a wayward Daisy Johnson, and the introduction of an all-new Ghost Rider. The first clip from Season 4 cools its treads on the Spirit of Vengeance (for now), but still shakes things up with a dangerous pursuit of “Quake.”

ABC released the first official clip from Tuesday’s timeslot-shifted “The Ghost,” picking up shortly after the six-month time jump from the Season 3 finale to find Coulson and Mack recalled to base. May is waiting with news of some mysterious, even Ghost-ly killings, but what involvement might Daisy have?

So reads the Season 4 premiere synopsis, which features Natalia Cordova-Buckley back in the role of Yo-Yo.

In the season premiere episode, “The Ghost,” Ghost Rider is coming, and S.H.I.E.L.D will never be the same.

Guest starring are Natalia Cordova-Buckley as Elena “Yo-Yo” Rodriguez, Gabriel Luna as Robbie Reyes, Mallory Jansen as Aida, Lorenzo James Henrie as Gabe, Briana Venskus as Agent Piper, Max Osinski as Agent Red, Ricardo Walker as Agent Prince, Edward Gelhaus as skinhead, Ian Hutton as Blondie, Blaise Miller as lab tech, Samuel Barajas as Felix, Bryan Rasmussen as warehouse manager, Wilson Ramirez as Diego, Jen Kuo Sung as Chen, Jerry Ying as thug #1 and Lilli Birdsell as Lucy.

Elsewhere of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 4, we know Jason O’Mara will play the mysterious new S.H.I.E.L.D. Director, along with Mallory Jansen as the robotic Aida, and Parminder Nagra as an anti-Inhumans politician. The new season was also said to skew darker in its new 10:00 P.M. timeslot, amusingly enough with equal-opportunity sideboob.

We’ll see for ourselves when Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 4 premieres in its new timeslot on September 20, but what do we make of the latest look?
