Bluewater Productions made its mark as an all-new independent self publisher on Wednesday with the release, and subsequent sell-out, of its two debut titles, WRATH OF THE TITANS and VSS!

"I thought it would be great to finally see our books on the stands again, but it feels even better not to see them there . to see them flying off the shelves by fans eager to pick them up. The creators put a lot of work into these books, and we couldn't be more proud of the work they've given us," said Darren G. Davis, managing editor of Bluewater Productions.

In collaboration with legendary filmmaker, Ray Harryhausen, WRATH OF THE TITANS is the official sequel to Harryhausen's 1981 film, "Clash of the Titans," and tells the story five years after the Perseus defeated Medusa, killed the Kraken and assumed the crown of Argos.

Things seemed idyllic throughout the kingdom and the news of an heir put the citizens in a celebratory mood. Yet lurking in the shadows is the one being in Argos simmering with hate and discontent. Calibus, once though dead, was let out of the Underworld by Hades and looks to take his revenge on the Pretender and his family.

Critics have already taken notice of this series. Here are just a few .

"Downright dynamic ... Wrath of the Titans is really about carrying the master's vision forward." - Fanboy Planet

"I found this comic to be Hamlin-tastic! This is a worthy sequel of that film that we all hold near and dear." - Ain't It Cool News
