And you thought the President Barack Obama comics craze was over, didn't you?

The premier issue of Image's sixth volume of "Bomb Queen" by Jimmie Robinson has what could be the most...um...well, it's got President Obama on the cover and it comes out next week.

Comicscontinuum has a preview of the issue, which sees the president dealing with the Arkham Asylum conundrum: If supervillains are always escaping from prison, why not just kill 'em?

Turns out the villainous Bomb Queen has an opinion on the matter - especially since she faces the chopping block.

While I'm not sure this fictional portrayal of Obama lines up with the current commander-in-chief's philosophies, fans of the series may enjoy the upcoming issues' exploration of contemporary issues. Or maybe there are other reasons relating to the comic's mature content warning that help explain its success.
