Beth Gets Smooch-Crazed At Bedtime In ‘Bravest Warriors’ #9

As you might expect from the name, Cartoon Hangover's Bravest Warriors spend the vast majority of their time being brave and fighting. It's kind of their entire deal. Next week, though, Joey Comeau and Mike Holmes are finally giving the team a break by showing is what happens when the Bravest Warriors finally get to bedtime.

Of course, it's not just going to be a whole issue of snoozing away. In addition to Chris's unexplained bedtime anxiety, Beth runs into a little trouble herself. Check out a preview of next week's issue after the cut!

There's a lot to love about Bravest Warriors in general and this issue in particular -- I also subscribe to the "sleeping is for chumps" philosophy -- but I think my favorite is that, like Ryan North and Shelly Paroline's Adventure Time comics, Bravest Warriors includes the little "alt text" captions at the bottom of each page. "Everything sleeps! Even Satans!" is maybe the best thing I've seen all week.
