‘Brightest Day’ HeroClix On the Way This Fall

The "Brightest Day" is coming to tabletop gaming. The series is already well underway for most - the comic book series kicked off back in April and it's going to keep on trucking bi-weekly thanks to co-writers Geoff Johns and Peter Tomasi. But the many heroes and villains of the "Brightest Day" storyline will also manifest in a more concrete, tangible way - in HeroClix form.

WizKids and NECA are releasing a DC HeroClix "Brightest Day" Action Pack in October of this year, with the seven packaged figures consisting of the following critical "Brightest Day" characters: Aquaman, Osiris, Deadman, Captain Boomerang, Martian Manhunter (in half Black Lantern mode), Firestorm and Hawkgirl. My personal favorite is Aquaman, but what can I say - I'm a sucker for not drowning.

If you're a HeroClix playing DC fan - don't be shy, I know there are a few of you out there - then you're going to want to keep your eye on this pack come fall. Sadly, despite the inherent pun possibilities, none of the BD HeroClix light up.
