Just in time for Fall/Winter vigilantism, Forever 21 has launched the Bats and Cats Collection of apparel, accessories and cosmetics, featuring the iconic motifs of Batman and Catwoman. After the success of previous licensed collections showcasing the designs of Hello Kitty/Sanrio and Minnie Mouse, the Bats and Cats line is the first comic-centric collection that Forever 21 has released. Although Forever 21 has occasionally carried DC and Marvel apparel (primarily graphic tees), this collection features a wider variety of merchandise, including Bat-emblem leggings, Catwoman sweaters, and purses covered in gold bat-shaped studs, and more.

Following the popularity of the Archie Comics x MAC Cosmetics collaboration earlier this year, fashion designer Charlotte Olympia is teaming up with Archie Comics to create a high-end capsule collection of shoes and accessories featuring Archie, Betty, Veronica and other members of the Riverdale gang.
Fashion designer Lauren Moshi has announced a new collaboration with Warner Bros. for a stylish capsule collection of apparel featuring DC Comics' finest. Known for her high-end casual wear featuring her own graphic designs, Moshi will be putting her own stylish twist on the iconic looks of Wonder Woman, Batman, Superman, Batgirl, and Supergirl. Launching this Fall, the capsule collection will include t-shirts, dresses, tote bags and other fashion garments. Items in this collection will range from $98-202, and will be available at specialty retail boutiques such as Bloomingdales, Revolveclothing, Lester’s, Singer22, as well as the Lauren Moshi Flagship Boutique in Los Angeles.

Eyewear designers Warby Parker released two new Superman-inspired frames to tie-in with the release of Man of Steel last weekend. Warby Parker designs eyewear with both style and affordability in mind, and the "Chamberlain" and "Percey" frames in the Man of Steel collection are no exception. In honor of the 20th anniversary of Sailor Moon, Bandai's cosmetics line Creer Beaute announced the release of cosmetics inspired by Usagi Tsukino (aka Serena, if you grew up with the dubbed series). Creer Beaute's Miracle Romance Shining Moon Powder appears to be both a blush and an illuminating powder, and is encased in a compact that closely resembles Sailor Moon's Crystal Star Transformation Brooch. The compact also doubles as a necklace for those of you who want to channel your inner magical girl without having to sacrifice $100+ on vintage Sailor Moon toys on eBay. The compact is currently available for pre-order for ¥3980 (approximately $41) on Bandai, and will ship in Fall 2013.
