Comic book characters and action figures go together like peanut butter and jelly, or some other similarly delicious combination. But as comic fans the world over continue to obsess about the medium's transition from print to digital thanks to initiatives from Marvel Comics, DC Comics and other publishers, there's another way of reading comic books that some of us have overlooked entirely - and no, I'm not talking about toilet paper. I'm talking about action figures, of course!

VISEone
has created the "Comic Stripped Series," a series of custom made Dunnys and Munnys that feature comic book storytelling all over their action figure-y body. The good folks over at Toys R Evil have an in-depth interview with VISEone about the project, where he mentions that he takes commissions from fans - in other words, if you're looking for a new and unique way to read some classic comic book stories, look no further than the "Comic Stripped Series."
