Over the past few years, DC Collectibles has steadily been scaling up its 6" lines to include more and more massive villains -- especially in its Batman: Arkham video game lines. At Toy Fair 2013, you could practically hold Solomon Grundy like a baby. DCC isn't stopping there, though, and will climb to an even higher height in 2014 with its more than 13" tall Batman: Arkham City Clayface Deluxe Action Figure.

Based on the shapeshifting villain's appearance in the 2011 Batman: Arkham City video game, the upcoming deluxe Clayface is "the largest action figure that DC Collectibles has ever produced." If holding the roughly 5 lb. Arkham City Grundy felt like holding a baby, I suppose Clayface might just feel like toting a toddler around.

Its massive size seems to have limited the toy to a smaller (but still satisfactory) 11 points of articulation, but with swappable arms and an interchangeable Joker head, the figure is hardly short on features.

DCC hasn't announced just when the figure will roll out yet, or how much it will cost, but it's safe to expect to pay about $90 (Grundy went for $80) or so for it when it finds its way to retailers later this year.

You can see how the upcoming Clayface stacks up compared to DCC's other sizable Arkham toys below.
