Despite the action figure collector following inspired by Mattel's Masters of the Universe Classics action figure line and DC's current comic series, it's been a number of years since He-Man and company have appeared in a video game. According to IGN, however, that's about to change as Mattel and Glitchsoft release He-Man: The Most Powerful Game in the Universe on iOS devices later this fall. The game is apparently a brawler that takes place "across seven regions of Eternia, offering up 27 total levels of action." Judging from screen shots, villains will include Skeletor, Beast Man, Mer-Man, Megator, robot knights and more. Orko seems to be the only ally in the bunch, although there will likely be more buds helping He-Man as he levels up on his quest through Eternia. You can scope out all the new He-Man: The Most Powerful Game in the Universe screens after the cut.
