Hot Toys Armors Up Super Rare ‘The Avengers’ Movie 1/6 Scale Iron Man Figures

Hot Toys has been on a roll with its line of 1/6 scale figures based on Marvel's The Avengers movie having shown off Nick Fury, Hawkeye and a teaser image of Captain America, but what of self-proclaimed "genius, billionaire, playboy philanthropist" Tony Stark a.k.a. Iron Man? While images of the hero in his proper Mark VII suit are still in the offing, Hot Toys will roll out two versions of Iron Man in his Mark VI armor. Hot Toys and Pepsi will give away just 16 of a version featuring a Tony Stark with mussed hair at an event in Hong Kong, while 3,000 of a version with more proper grooming will be released as part of a movie promo with UA theaters (also in Hong Kong). Hot Toys will likely create further figures for promotions in other parts of the world as well (and surely a Mark VII suit down the road), but for now you can covet photos of toy cool toys you will probably never own after the cut.
