NetherRealm Studios has released a new trailer for Injustice: Gods Among Us shown at this week's Tokyo Game Show in Japan. In addition to continuing to showcase gameplay combat and bits of cutscene footage from the upcoming DC Comics fighter, the trailer seems to confirm that Kevin Conroy will reprise his role as the voice of Batman in the game, which is welcome news for multiple generations of Batfans who either got to know his voice on Batman: The Animated Series or playing the more recent Arkham Asylum and Arkham City games. It's still not exceptionally clear just what's happened in the game's narrative to make the Justice League's biggest names (and villains like Harley Quinn and Solomon Grundy) engage in mortal combat, but hearing Batman characterize it as a nightmare means players can expect a pretty cataclysmic scenario when the game debuts on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii U in April of 2013. Hit the jump for a look at the latest Injustice: Gods Among Us footage and a few new stills from the Tokyo Game Show.
