Parting Shot: Joe Madureira Returns to Wolverine in June

Artist Joe Madureira will return to the character that made him a Marvel Comics sensation in the 1990s, Wolverine, in an as-yet-unannounced title coming in June. Also the creator of the WildStorm/Cliffhanger! series Battle Chasers, Madureira famously left comics for many years to work in video games before making his comeback in 2011's Avenging Spider-Man. It's likely the June project is an extension of that work, as Joe Mad's (as he is affectionately known) Avenging collaborator Zeb Wells indicated in the past that he was working on a story for the artist starring Wolverine, Spider-Man and Elektra.
