Marvel Anime Trailers Released for ‘Iron Man’ and ‘Wolverine’

The first trailers from the first two Marvel anime series, “Iron Man” and “Wolverine,” were screened at the Marvel Animation panel at Comic-Con, giving fans an early glimpse of the marriage between the superhero publisher and the Japanese animation studio Madhouse.

If you’ve been skeptical about the anime crossover, take a look at the trailers yourself after the jump and be skeptical no more — they are spectacular. Iron Man is a natural fit for the mecha aesthetic of anime, and you’ve never seen Wolverine look so much like Rurouni Kenshin while dead ninjas and cherry blossoms fall around him.
