Hi there, everyone. How's your weekend going? Relaxing? Ready to have some eye-searingly awesome art dumped straight into your brain courtesy of the Internet? Good, because that's exactly what Michael Olivo has to offer in his amazingly lurid work.

An illustrator and cartoonist from Oakland, CA, Olivo's work has appeared in the New York Times and the Russian version of Esquire, full of popping colors, twisting limbs and creepy lines that's highly reminiscent of Johnny Ryan, and even the occasional happy sandwich. Check out a few of our favorites from his gallery below, including collaborations with fellow artists Niv Bavarsky and Jesse Balmer!
