Hearkening back to the look of Batman: The Animated Series, artist Mike Henry dove into some Bat-verse portraits armed with a Batcave arsenal's worth of color and some new looks for the Caped Crusader's villains that mesh the energy of Humberto Ramos with the clean, liquid-hot cartoony feel of J. Scott Campbell.

Poison Ivy gets a little punky and a little vampy, and Riddler looks maniacally dapper with a mustache in a series of Dark Knight-related images Henry has posted to his deviantART account. You'll also find a mind-altering assortment of X-Men art and other pieces displaying his capabilities over on his Big Menace Industries website.

The Joker and Two-Face there are pretty straightforward homages to their animated incarnations, but others like Scarecrow and Solomon Grundy take a few more liberties. He's got an incredible series of concepts on his hands, though, and most of these looks would work swimmingly their own Cartoon Network series.
