Just around this stretch of time before Daredevil hit Netflix, Marvel fans’ interest piqued for the live-action take on Matt Murdock’s beloved red suit. Granted, Jessica Jones doesn’t have quite the same following with her original costumed comic identity as “Jewel,” does Netflix’s next Defender series intend to suit up Krysten Ritter after all?

Steel yourself against some light Jessica Jones spoilers from here on out, but according to TVGuide, we will indeed see Jessica Jones’ outlandish comic costume at some point across the 13-episode Netflix series, noted to be in flashback. The sequence in question features Jessica’s best bud Trish Walker (Rachael Taylor) urging her friend to suit up in white and adopt the name “Jewel,” though Ritter’s jones has little interest in such a tacky look.

And where Daredevil eventually saw Matt Murdock graduating to an official costume, we wouldn’t necessarily expect Jessica Jones to resolve its first season with its title character back in costumed action. Just a hunch.

So reads Marvel’s official Jessica Jones synopsis:

After a tragic ending to her short-lived super hero stint, Jessica Jones is rebuilding her personal life and career as a detective who gets pulled into cases involving people with extraordinary abilities in New York City.

We’ll have a more in-depth look at Marvel’s new Jessica Jones soon, but take in the latest photos and teasers below, and stay tuned for more from the November 20 premiere!
