If it’s been a while since the last trailer was released for an upcoming film, and the studio debuts a new poster, then chances are pretty good that a new trailer is just around the corner — at least that’s our hope after seeing this new Spider-Man: Homecoming poster, which Sony revealed this afternoon. Or maybe we have a case of TGIF-induced optimism.

(Update: Sony released another new poster, which you can check out below.)

Speaking of which, the latest poster for Spider-Man: Homecoming definitely captures the TGIF spirit, with Tom Holland’s Peter Parker all suited up and chilling by the river with his headphones on (what do you think he’s listening to?) as the New York skyline (including Avengers tower) looms in the background:

Sony has only released one full Spider-Man: Homecoming trailer so far, and with a summer release on the horizon, another trailer should be dropping relatively soon, no?

And just in case one wasn’t enough, here’s another new poster:

Directed by Jon Watts, the upcoming reboot marks Sony’s highly-anticipated collaboration with Marvel Studios, and co-stars Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark / Iron Man, Marisa Tomei as Aunt May, Zendaya as the mysterious Michelle (rumored to be a cover for Mary Jane), Michael Keaton as The Vulture, Bokeem Woodbine as Herman Schultz (aka Shocker) and Tony Revolori as Flash Thompson. Rounding out the ensemble are Hannibal Buress, Martin Starr, Kenneth Choi, Angourie Rice and Donald Glover.

Spider-Man: Homecoming hits theaters on July 7.
