To celebrate the release of The Dark Knight Rises, Pomplamoose created a lighthearted, lightly dubstep-infused video last week covering Danny Elfman's 1989 Batman movie theme starring the duo in superhero personas. Before the duo could release their video, however, tragedy struck in Aurora, Colorado. The band considered not releasing their cover at all, but decided today to release an amended version that explains their feelings about working to spread positivity through their music. It's a pretty fun take on Elfman's classic score that sees the couple combat kidnappers with their tunes. You can give it a view after the cut.
