A hero is defined by their villains, and the world of superhero comic books is filled with some of the scariest and silliest bad guys around. Rogues’ Gallery aims to settle the score and determine who is the true arch-nemesis for some of our favorite superheroes, and we need your help to do it!

This week we’re looking at the villains of everyone's favorite Belgian adventurer, Tintin! While travelling the world with Captain Haddock and his faithful dog Snowy, Tintin has built up an impressive and formidable rogues' gallery all of his own, but which one is his ultimate nemesis?

The number one seed this week has to be Rastapopoulos, whose actions are felt throughout numerous Tintin adventures, even in ones where the villain himself doesn't personally appear. Not only is he a criminal mastermind, but he's also a master of disguise. He could be standing right next to you, plotting your downfall, without you ever knowing it.

That's not to count out the likes of Colonel Sponsz, Dr. J. W. Müller, or Mitsuhirato, all of whom presented very real threats to Tintin and his allies at one time or another. Even a genuine, real-life criminal like Al Capone has turned up to take on Tintin, and then there's Rascar Capac, Colonel Jorgen, and of course Red Rackham.

Let us know who you think gets the top spot for Tintin’s number one nemesis below, and we’ll be back in a few weeks with a countdown of his top ten best and baddest villains. You can vote for up to three selections in the poll!
