The trailer for Disney's new animated Marvel adaptation Big Hero 6 has arrived, and so far the movie looks to be more slapstick comedy than superhero action. That said, the gags are pretty good, and protagonist Hiro Hamada's efforts to turn his doughy robot Baymax into a butt-kicking mecha in this 90-second clip are good for quite a few laughs.

The Guardians of the Galaxy aren't anything close to the most obscure Marvel superhero team coming to movie theaters this year. That distinction has to go to Big Hero 6, the team that debuted in Steven T. Seagle and Duncan Rouleau's Alpha Flight all the way back 1998. A new Disney animated feature, also titled Big Hero 6, will come to theaters this November, and if three new stills of young robot builder Hiro and his creation Baymax are any indication, the film will be full of heroic, mechanical goodness.
