Cartoonist Jamie Smart, best known for his work in The Phoenix Magazine and the ongoing series Whubble, improved the comics industry forever yesterday by announcing a new comic series called Superhero Bunny League. It's about a world much like our own, only a giant laser blast from evil Dr Fuzzleglove has given every single bunny rabbit in the world a set of miraculous superpowers.

Violent, profane, and never without his talking bunny rabbit best friend, Elvis, The Makeshift Man is a misanthrope with a gift for getting into trouble. Created by JoJo Seames, the character is the star of his eponymous horor comedy webcomic, which has been running since 2009. The series is gradually being collected in print, and Seames has taken to Kickstarter to fund the fourth issue of the story, "The Man in the Mirror." Seames is a manic, wildly entertaining cartoonist, and she was happy to talk to ComicsAlliance to tell us more about the project.

Bunnies! Do you love them? Of course you do --- why would you even bother going on the internet if you weren't hoping to see some new bunnies on here somewhere? The good news for all us fans of rabbits is that the world of comics will imminently meet once more with the world of bunnies, following the announcement of a new graphic novel from cartoonist Kean Soo. Soo released a trailer this week for his latest book, March Grand Prix, and we're lighting the bunny alert signal here at ComicsAlliance.
