'Tekken' Comes To Titan Comics From Cavan Scott & Andie Tong
Titan Comics has built up a hefty stable of video game franchises to draw stories from over the past few years, but what connects titles such as Assassin's Creed, Dishonored and Dark Souls is that there's so much more story to be told within the rich fiction created in the games. That's why the addition of Tekken to Titan's roster makes perfect sense, and this May the publisher will launch a brand new ongoing series from Cavan Scott and Andie Tong.

Cavan Scott and Daniel Indro On 'Vikings: Uprising'
The upcoming Vikings: Uprising by Cavan Scott and Daniel Indro delves into the immediate aftermath of the shocking midseason finale of the History Channel's hit drama, and follows Ragnar's ex-wife Lagertha as she flees Paris only to find more bloodshed waiting for her as the slaves revolt. With Vikings: Uprising in stores this week from Titan, ComicsAlliance spoke to Scott and Indro about their process when it comes to tackling an established franchise like Vikings, and the difficult process of getting into the minds of characters with such a barbaric and remorseless approach to life.

Four Doctors Unite In 'Supremacy Of The Cybermen'
This year marks the 50th anniversary of Doctor Who’s iconic robotic enemies The Cybermen, and Titan Comics is going all out to celebrate with one of its biggest crossovers yet. When The Cybermen kidnap the ousted Gallifreyan leader Rassilon and get their hands on time-travel capabilities, it’s going to take four modern incarnations of The Doctor to stop them.

Ragnar Rocks On As TV's 'Vikings' Invade Comics
The groundbreaking TV drama Vikings is spinning off into a series from Titan Comics, by Doctor Who comics writer Cavan Scott and former Wolverine artist Staz Johnson. A show like Vikings seems like a perfect fit for comics, and I for one am in favor of comics/television cross-pollination in general. If fans of Vikings want to follow Ragnar Lothbrok, Lagertha and the rest to comics, that can only be good for the medium. And if it inspires comics fans to check out the TV show, that certainly doesn't hurt either.

Cavan Scott's Commentary on ‘Doctor Who: The Ninth Doctor’ #2
When Doctor Who made its triumphant return to television screens in 2005, with Christopher Eccleston in the role of the ninth Doctor, no-one could have guaranteed that the show would still be a hit ten years later. Yet Doctor Who endures, and with it comes the comic book spin-offs from Titan Comics that explore and expand the stories of the ninth, tenth, eleventh, and twelfth Doctors. Cavan Scott continues his writer’s commentary for the five issue Doctor Who: The Ninth Doctor mini series with his notes on issue #2, exclusive to ComicsAlliance. Last month we met some stylish new alien races and left Rose Tyler in calamitous peril (oh, Rose). Grab your copy of Doctor Who: The Ninth Doctor #2 and read along as the story continues!

When Doctor Who made its triumphant return to television screens in 2005, with Christopher Eccleston in the role of the ninth Doctor, no-one could have guaranteed that the show would still be a hit ten years later, on to its own fourth (or fifth) incarnation of its hero. Yet Doctor Who endures, and with it comes the comic book spin-offs from Titan Comics that explore and expand the stories of the ninth, tenth, eleventh, and twelfth Doctors. Writer Cavan Scott is the man behind the Ecclestone Doctor's comic book adventures, joined by artist Blair Shedd for a five-issue mini series that launched last month. Scott has agreed to exclusively share his writer's commentary for the series with ComicsAlliance, so we kick off with his notes for issue #1, with the introduction of the Lect and the Doctor's encounter with the Unon.
