Robert Downey Jr. Is Down For ‘Iron Man 4’
For the last couple of years, Robert Downey Jr. has said that there are no plans for a fourth Iron Man movie — and he hasn’t appeared to be interested in making another one, to be honest. And that fact is seemingly supported by his Marvel contract, which does not include another solo outing beyond Iron Man 3. When (and if) Marvel re-ups the actor’s contract, that could very well be subject to change, when (and if) Downey Jr. is open to it. That time appears to be now.

Celebrating George Tuska, Comics' Consummate Craftsman!
George Tuska was one of those rare artists who could truly do it all; one of the comics industry's most prolific illustrators, who took on countless series and characters in a career that spanned six decades. But while his professional trademarks of adaptability, consistency, and longevity guaranteed him regular assignments, a devoted fanbase, and consistent employment for the length of his life, they also make him an easily-overlooked figure when trying to condense the history of comics into simple, slimmed-down narratives.

Figma Hosts Its Own House Party With New Iron Man Figures
If we haven't reached the peak of the Iron Man collectible era, we are fast approaching the event horizon. Back in 2008, I don't think anyone quite imagined the impact Marvel's Iron Man movie would end up having on the action figure community. It's a strange thing that in addition to being the foundation of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Iron Man is the bedrock which supports the toy lines that have thrived since his arrival on the scene. From Hasbro and Hot Toys to Lego and Figma, Iron Man is always there, and he continues to be a driving force of sales for any line that includes him. Even though Iron Man 3 and the dozens of armors from that film have gotten a fair share of love over the past few years, Figma never put its spin on Iron Man beyond the first Avengers film. With Figma's latest releases, it doesn't even matter that the Mark XLII and XLIII armors are already outdated. Iron Man is bulletproof when it comes to the changing trends. Sure everyone wants the latest armor from the most recent movie, more importantly, collectors just want more Iron Man figures with better details and more articulation than the last.

Hot Toys Unveils Iron Man MK XLVI Figure for Civil War Enthusiasts
As a fan of Matt Fraction and Salvador Larroca's Invincible Iron Man run a few years back, it brings me a tiny bit of joy to see the "Bleeding Edge" armor making its debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. As such, it also brings me a tiny bit of happiness to see that Hot Toys is adapting the new set of Iron Man's armor into die cast action figure form. While the MK XLVI armor is just the 46th different suit we've seen in the movies, this is something like the 60th Iron Man figure Hot Toys has released since Iron Man hit theaters eight years ago. He's easily the company's most revisited character in that same time span, but I've given up complaining. It's time to embrace the machine.

Civil War II is coming to the Marvel Universe this summer, and it's going to pit brother against brother, sister against sister, and very rich man in a suit of armor against Air Force pilot with alien powers. We've got a first look at Civil War II #1 by Brian Michael Bendis and David Marquez, out this June from Marvel Comics.

It's Captain America vs Iron Man in Kotobukiya's Latest Statue Series
In a few weeks, all the lead-up to Captain America: Civil War will finally come to a head. Long after the movie's release however, Kotobukiya will still be celebrating the big throwdown between the heavyweights late into the fall. Following up on the Hulk vs Hulkbuster and Batman vs Superman ArtFX+ statue series done previously, both Captain America and Iron Man will get new pieces meant to connect together to form one larger statue. As with the previous works Kotobukiya has released in this style, Cap and Iron Man will be made available separately, with each captured in a pose that works well enough on its own. If you manage to snag both however, you get to create a nifty little diorama of Steve and Tony facing off in extremely close quarters.

Marvel's Cinematic Civil War Comes to Lego Marvel's Avengers
Earlier this year, TT Games announced the PlayStation platforms would be getting exclusive Lego Marvel's Avengers content based on the Marvel Cinematic Universe. While the game is already packed with most of the Phase Two films, Ant-Man and Guardians of the Galaxy were left out of the loop, and it's almost impossible to get any Phase Three content in there before those movies actually arrive. That doesn't mean TT is giving up on including those things entirely though, and it all starts today with a free content pack based on Captain America: Civil War. The free add-on may not include any new missions, but it will add in nine new character skins for many of the Marvel heroes and villains making an appearance in the upcoming movie sequel. Not only will Iron Man get his new Mark XLVI armor, but Captain America will have a new, unmasked suit to tear around the game. Falcon will also get his revamped costume, as will Scarlet Witch and the Winter Soldier. Besides his new shock baton, I can't quite tell any discernible difference from this War Machine versus the last one. It's all about the spankin' new Black Panther and Agent 13 though.

If yesterday’s flood of Captain America: Civil War posters weren’t enough for you, I have some good news: here’s another flood of Captain America: Civil War posters! Team Cap or Team Iron Man is the biggest question of the year (you know, aside from the presidential election, which is sort of a big deal). Forget Batman and Superman and the X-Men and Apocalypse — Captain America: Civil War is going to really shake things up. In keeping with the film's government (and anti-government) theme, Marvel has released two new poster images inviting you to — no surprise here — choose a side.
