Though we got a look at the first wave earlier this year, it seems Hasbro was waiting for Toy Fair 2014 to reveal its fuller plans for the 3.75" Marvel Infinite line. Previously known as the Marvel Universe line, Marvel Infinite will deliver scads of comic book style superheroes and supervillains across an initial three waves in 2014. Wave one will deliver The Wasp, "Marvel Now" Hulk, Captain America, Iron Man, The Grim Reaper and Hyperion. Wave two will include re-issues of Beta Ray Bill, Yellowjacket and Steve Rogers, plus all-new versions of Death's Head, Red She-Hulk, Thor and Whirlwind. As for wave three? It's not fully fleshed out yet, but so far looks to include Ares, Deathlok (the rad zombie cyborg one, not the handsome Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. one and an Ionic Wonderman. We'll have more images of these toys in the wild later when we visit the Hasbro installation at Toy Fair, but for now you can see official product images of all three waves -- including some carded images -- after the cut.
Fans may be saying farewell to Hasbro's 3.75" Marvel Universe action figure line, but pretty much in name only. This spring the line is reborn Infinite style, with an Avengers subline debuting Marvel Universe compatible versions of The Wasp, "Marvel Now" Hulk, Captain America, Iron Man, The Grim Reaper and Hyperion.
