Mark Millar and John Romita Jr's original "Enemy of the State" story was a huge deal for Marvel in the early 2000s, as it brought the popular widescreen style to the main Marvel Universe and was one of the first "blockbuster" stories of the decade. Next month, Laura Kinney --- the All-New Wolverine --- faces a similar trial of her own as she is manipulated and forced to become a killer once again in Tom Taylor and Nik Virella "Enemy of the State II". Ahead of the blockbuster sequel, Marvel has provided an early, unlettered look at the first issue of the storyline in All-New Wolverine #13.

Since the announcement of the Death of X crossover event between the X-Men and the Inhumans, fans of the Marvel's merry mutants have been worried that the end may be nigh for the Children of the Atom. These worries certainly weren't abated when Marvel released the Marvel NOW Previews book, which contained no mention of the ongoing X-Men titles continuing into October. At a panel on Thursday during San Diego Comic Con, Marvel editors and creators spoke about the tease of what Death of X might mean for the franchise, but several of the ongoing titles such as Uncanny, All-New and Extraordinary X-Men were confirmed to be continuing. The big news, however, is that Laura Kinney AKA Wolverine will be following in her mentor's bloody footsteps in a sequel to Mark Millar and John Romita Jr's "Enemy of the State."

Coming out of Secret Wars, Marvel is currently in the midst of a Squadron Supreme renaissance, and spinning out of the current series by James Robinson and Leonard Kirk is the first ever Hyperion ongoing. Written by New York Times bestselling author Chuck Wendig, with art by Nik Virella, Hyperion #1 features Marvel’s Superman analogue taking a truck-driving alter-ego to travel the country and learn more about its people.
