Supergirl Season 2 is wasting no time showcasing the new (old) hero on the block, as our October 10 return will introduce the Superman awkwardly teased all throughout Season 1. See for yourself, as Tyler Hoechlin’s Man of Steel takes flight with his cousin in the first Season 2 clip!

We’ll have to wait an extra week or so before The Flash finally kick’s off The CW’s DC slate, but things will look at bit different in Central City, thanks to Barry’s “Flashpoint” changes. Case in point, see Barry and the new Flash (who apparently hates the “Kid” modifier) take on a new mystery speedster in the latest Season 3 trailer!
Normally, no one would bat an eye at Arrow indulging in a little celebratory trip down memory lane for its 100th episode, but the hour’s placement in a four-way CW crossover changes the game just a bit. As such, a new photo from the centennial’s table read reveals a surprising guest star from the series’ past, whose presence opens up a whole new quiver of questions.
The Flash likely has the most questions to answer of any CW series returning this fall, but is the latest poster for his October 4 return giving anything up? Well, a lot of red, as a new look at Season 3 is – I’ll say it – pretty Flash-y looking.
Arrow will celebrate a number of milestones in Season 5, not only the completion of its five-year flashback cycle, but also its 100th episode early on. Said centennial will serendipitously fall during the big four-way crossover, and the hour’s choice of director suggests we’ll see the most action-heavy Arrow yet.
Supergirl notably fell behind her CW counterparts in delivering footage, but you know how it goes when the girl of steel is ready for action – up, up and away! See for yourself as both Kara and her Super-cousin take flight in the first official footage from Season 2 of Supergirl.
Team Arrow will be getting a major overhaul in Season 5, and we don’t just mean the personnel. Where previously we learned that Wild Dog, Artemis, Mr. Terrific and more would be training alongside Oliver, see the fully-costumed team revealed in the latest trailer!
Hard as it is to believe that October is nearly upon us, a return to The Flash and Arrow more than smooths over the changes. And speaking of changes, see for yourself what Flash has to offer in a new synopsis for Season 3 premiere “Flashpoint,” and ditto for the kickoff of Arrow Season 5's “Legacy”!
It remains to be seen if Supergirl Season 2 (her first on The CW) will correct any perceived stumbles of the first year, but its use of recognizable DC figures remains on point. Newest to enter Supergirl’s orbit is Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and The 100 favorite Dichen Lachman, spinning the wheel in a role that should feel familiar to animated Justice League fans.
The CW wasted little time after Kevin Smith’s Flash episode to return him for another run in Season 3, one imminently gearing up for production. Smith even teased his return over Twitter, but may have inadvertently revealed a frosty and telling episode title in the process.
