Taskmaster Will Kick Your Butt, Insult You in ‘Marvel Vs. Capcom 3′ [Video]

In a move that’s so obvious it’s brilliant, Capcom has added Marvel’s Taskmaster to the playable characters of Marvel Vs. Capcom 3: The Fate of Two Worlds, the hotly anticipated new fighting game that pits the iconic Marvel superheroes against Capcom’s fan-favorite video game characters. Making his video game debut and bringing the character count up to 36 or 36,000 (but who’s counting?), Taskmaster is a natural for the medium on account of his “photographic reflex” power, which allows him to instantly learn and reproduce any character’s moves. As if that ability wasn’t formidable enough, Marvel Vs. Capcom’s version of Taskmaster seems to be equipped with a cache of sick burns, which you can hear after the jump in a new demo video released by Capcom.
Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 goes on sale February 15. For more on ComicsAlliance’s coverage of the game, click here.
