Artist Mateus Santolouco and co-writer Erik Burnham have spent the past several months fleshing out the origins of Shredder and his army of ninjas, and the history lesson will finally come to a head this Wednesday in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Secret History of the Foot Clan #4. The series' narrative has alternated between sworn Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles foe Oroku Saki's past and the nefarious actions of his Foot Clan in the present, where the green machines and their allies must contend with the fact that what they don't know about their adversaries, could do them in.
