“Terminator: Salvation” Selling Webisodes on iTunes
As the build to the release of Christian Bale's "Terminator Salvation" movie continues, Halycon Games has launched a CGI prequel miniseries called "Machinima" that takes place two years before the movie, and follows a resistance fighter named Blair Williams battling through the ruins of LA. There will be six episodes of "Machinima," with each running about 12 minutes long.
The graphics have a very... video game cutscene feel to them, which is pretty understandable once you realize that the series is actually made out of animations from the "Terminator Salvation" Xbox game that came out yesterday. The first episode is available on iTunes for $2, $3 for HD, or $15 for a pass to the whole shebang, but here's a five minute preview to help you make your decision:
