Assassin's Creed games often live and die on the strength of their stories and their lead character, and one of the big appeals of the series is getting to go back in time and live through this fictional historical assassin. In a new miniseries by Ian Edginton and Valeria Favoccia, Assassin's Creed: Reflections, four of the series' most beloved protagonists from the video game are returning for stories that expand on their established history, including greatest video game character of all time, Ezio Auditore da Firenze.

Assassin's Creed: Reflections debuts in March and promises to reveal "hidden adventures and brand-new revelations for the characters gamers have cherished playing" with a first issue that follows Ezio's final meeting with his dear friend Leonardo da Vinci, as they reflect on their history together as best bros and a notable time where Ezio found himself tangled up in Leonardo's work.

Later issues of the series will also feature Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad from Assassin's Creed, Ratonhnhaké:ton AKA Connor Kenway from Assassin's Creed III and his grandfather Edward Kenway from Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. The series will also focus on the modern day, with scenes of Templar agent Otso Berg entering the Animus in an attempt to learn more from the Assassins.

The creative team of Edginton and Favoccia are both no strangers to the franchise and have worked on different titles under the Assassin's Creed banner at Titan over the past year. Assassin's Creed: Reflections will be released on March 8, and you can check out the variant covers below.
