Viz Media Offers Digital Volume 1’s for $0.99 in March

Viz Media launched last year what we thought was a very decent digital comics solution for the iPad, and they've continued to develop the application in the months since. Now ready to bring even more eyes to the publisher's impressive line of manga, Viz is pushing a new initiative called Manga Madness Month whereby all volume 1's in the store can be purchased for only $0.99 throughout March.Some titles whose first volumes you can buy for $0.99 include One Piece, Naruto, Bleach, Vampire Knight and over 100 more. Of course, volume 1 of Dragon Ball and other preview titles remain free. According to Viz's website, shopping during March will give customers the chance to win a $50 iTunes gift card pending completion of a survey.
