Lego has come a long way since it teased its first Marvel and DC Super Heroes minifigures at last year's San Diego Comic-Con International. Between its The Avengers movie line, the release of Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroesvideo game and other releases, fans of Big Two-based brick sets have had plenty of options over the past year. Judging from today's reveals at the Lego booth, the next few months are going to yield even more blocky goodness. Marvel fans can look forward to seeing Nova, (an Ultimate) Beetle, J. Jonah Jameson, Dr. Doom, Spider-Man, Nick Fury and Venom minifigs. On the DC side, Lego showed off new versions of Robin, Scarecrow, Joker, Penguin, Harley Quinn, Mr. Freeze, Aquaman, Batman, Bane and Jim Gordon seemingly pulling from Batman: Arkham City and The Dark Knight Rises designs. Scope out images from the Lego booth at SDCC, plus official render images of the minifigs from the company after the jump.
