We're looking back at the long and weird history of superhero comics by picking our favorite heroes from each decade in our latest fantasy draft. Each team must include one character who debuted before 1950, one character that debuted in each decade from the '50s to the '90s, and one character that debuted in 2000 or beyond, plus two wildcard picks from before and after 1980, for a total team of nine characters. Our writers have each picked five characters so far. Today they pick another member of the Batfamily, a romance heroine, a handful of X-women, and one of the Green Lanterns. But which one?

One of the fun things about Warner Bros. Interactive's new DC Legends mobile game is powering up your heroes, helping them gain new abilities to help in the fight against Nekron and the Manhunters. And once you reach the top, the heroes really become legends. Below we have a look at five of the heroes in their Legendary forms: Wonder Woman, the Flash, Raven, Dr. Fate, and Black Canary. I have yet to get far enough in the game to achieve any of this, but looking at these designs has me excited to try.

In terms of most-anticipated superhero comics of 2017, Steve Orlando and Ivan Reis' Justice League of America has to be up there towards the top. With a stellar creative team and a diverse and interesting roster including Vixen, The Atom and The Ray, the new Justice League promises to showcase the true face of 21st century heroism in bold, exciting superhero stories that are increasingly rare these days. While the first four members of the team were announced earlier this month at New York Comic Con, today DC has unveiled the rest of the line-up, which includes veteran members Black Canary and Batman, and the surprise addition of everyone's favorite bastich bounty hunter, Lobo!
