After years spent in development hell just getting to air in the first place, PlayStation’s Powers TV series adaptation is officially here to stay. The gaming network has confirmed that Powers will return for Season 2 in 2016, keeping Detectives Walker and Pilgrim in the superhero game another year.

We’re admittedly intrigued to see what Sony comes up with for its first PlayStation original TV series, adapting Bendis and Oeming's revered superhero comic Powers. We’ve seen the trailer and a few photos, but the latest eight-minute preview goes behind-the-scenes to deliver our most comprehensive look at the world of Powers before its March 10 debut.

It's taken a good long while for Brian Michael Bendis' revered 'Powers' comic to finally get its own series, but with Sony TV and the Playstation Network officially backing a new adaptation with Sharlto Copley in the lead, it's time to suit up.
