Next month, the annual fall gathering of the greatest comic, movie, television and collectible companies --- not to mention hundreds of creators --- will return to New York's Javitz Center for the 2016 New York Comic Con. As follows tradition, there will also be a great deal of exclusive goods at the event. To help you prepare for weekend-long deluge, we've put together this handy list of toys and collectibles that will be at the show, and more importantly, where you'll be able to find them. There's a lot of cool stuff that'll be at the show, and thankfully, it won't be quite as massive a list as there was at San Diego Comic-Con. Still, tracking all of these toys down won't be easy, but with this little collection, the burden on your shoulders might be a bit lighter.

We here at ComicsAlliance have been waiting eagerly more information about Boom Studios upcoming WWE comic, and with New York Comic Con just a week away, more information is trickling in. Next year will see the release of an ongoing titled WWE, starring all your favorite superstars, with the first arc centered on Seth Rollins' return from injury, as told by Dennis Hopeless and Eduard Petrovich.

Doctor Who won’t officially debut any new episodes until Christmas, but the Doctor himself will be back a few months earlier. Young-adult spinoff Class has officially set an October premiere, Peter Capaldi included, while New York Comic-Con will also host both Doctor Who and its new series.

Considering how wide the gulf between Marvel’s TV and movie branches has become, it’s surprising that neither Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. nor Netflix’s Defenders have attempted TV solidarity with an earnest crossover. It’s not as easy as it sounds, but there’s mounting evidence that could point toward Jon Bernthal punishing ABC’s Agents sometime in the near future.

Shannon Watters, Kat Leyh & Carey Pietsch's Lumberjanes and James Tynion IV & Rian Sygh's The Backstagers are two of the most popular all-ages comics on the stands right now and both have proven to big books for Boom Studios' all-ages imprint Boom Box. Next month, Boom Box will release New York Comic Con exclusive variants for each title and we have an exclusive first look at both covers.

Finally. That' really all there is to say about NECA's long "lost" Foot Clan and Shredder figures from its planned Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mirage line. After being shown off at trade shows in 2009, the figures for the Turtles' biggest foes never saw the light of day at retail for reasons many of us will likely never know. For years, the prototypes sat at NECA's New Jersey studio, offering but a glimmer of what could have been but never was. Then at this year's San Diego Comic-Con, NECA finally found a way to get Shredder and some Foot Clan soldiers out to the masses in the TMNT Arcade Set. A companion to the newly minted Turtles, the set was a hit with fans who'd been waiting for ages for these forgotten figures to arrive. Now, NECA has made another miracle happen, and will finally release Shredder and the Foot as originally intended at this year's New York Comic Con.
