Fantastic Five: Best Marvel Supermen
If there’s one thing we’ve learned from our years on the Internet, it’s that there’s no aspect of comics that can’t be broken down and quantified in a single definitive list, preferably in amounts of five or ten. And since there’s no more definitive authority than ComicsAlliance, we’re taking it upon ourselves to compile Top Five lists of everything you could ever want to know about comics. Superheroes are a dime a dozen in comics, but there’s only one Superman! Not only is Superman the first and greatest superhero, he also set the standard for what a superhero was and could be. So it's not really surprising that over the years Marvel has tried to come up with their own version of the Man of Steel. Obviously, some are a little more super than others. This week we'll look at the five best super-pretenders Marvel has to offer!

Greatest Best Favorite Avenger Ever: Group A
With Avengers: Age of Ultron just around the corner, interest in these heroes has never been greater, so we've decided to pit all the official comic book Avengers against each other in a battle for your affections. Who is the greatest, best, favorite Avenger of all time? Only you can decide. For the first round, we've created voting groups that mix up different eras of Avengers membership. Group A consists of Iron Man, Crystal, Manifold, Sue Storm, Vision, Sentry, Spectrum, and perhaps the most obscure and tragic Avenger of all time, Flux. The two or three most popular Avengers will go through from each group, so you're encouraged to vote tactically, because, yeah, Iron Man is probably going to win this group.

The Great Super-Costume Poll: The 2000s Called...
This week we’ve been looking at some quintessential costume designs decade-by-decade --- so inevitably we're finishing out the week with the 2000s. Today's polls may feature five relatively recent designs, but many of them pay tribute to characters and costumes that came before, from Superman to Martian Manhunter. So do these looks mark the pinnacle of costume design, or contemporary fashion faux pas?

Retconning Rogue’s Sex Life: ‘Sentry: Fallen Sun’ Is Not Very Good
As most everyone who reads comics knows at this point, Marvel's "Siege" event ended this week with a book that a number of fans have found to be a little lackluster. If you'd like to see something that makes it look like fried storytelling gold, however, I'd suggest the epilogue to "Siege" found in "The Sentry: Fallen Sun," because brother, that thing is rough... Over at their Previews World website, Diamond has exclusively posted the edited solicitation text and cover image for Marvel's "Siege"-related "Fallen" one-shot. The solicitation's interesting it that it appears to be the full piece, with three pieces of information scrubbed: the full title, the writer and the character being eulogized as "a universe comes together to mour
