Though it's been nearly four years since Iron Man 2 showed us what actor Mickey Rourke can do with a little bit of wiring and a lot of anger as Whiplash, Hot Toys will revisit the character once again for a a1/6 scale figure of the villain in his Mark II armor.

There is something very creepy about a super villain that's one part Marv from "Sin City," another part Randy "The Ram" Robinson from "The Wrestler" and yet another part Ivan Drago from "Rocky IV." Of course, as an action figure - in this case, Hot Toys' 1/6 scale "Iron Man 2" Whiplash action figure - that creepiness is also completely cool as hell

Few toy collectors would disagree that the sculptors at Hot Toys are responsible for some of the most meticulously detailed action figures currently on the market. The company is currently in the process of teasing out their upcoming "Iron Man 2" products, but these toys aren't as universally film accurate as you might expect, at least not in the baby department...

The second trailer for "Iron Man 2" is out, and I'm not sure what else to say except: This movie is going to make a BAJILLION dollars. And also: More Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, more Ironettes, and Iron Man and War Machine gearing up to kick some ass in a gorgeous Japanese garden...

It looks like Whiplash might finally look cool in comics after all. Marvel.com has new images of Whiplash's new duds care of artist Marko Djurdjevic, and the updated design definitely reflects Rourke's "Iron Man 2" look - most notably the glowing chest piece...
