12 Days of Christmas, Day 8: Jesse Hamm
It's the eighth day of Christmas at ComicsAlliance, as our 12 Days of Christmas original art series continues. Every day until the 25th, we'll be posting a new illustration from a comics creator at Periscope Studio that reinterprets the days of the Christmas carol -- with a comic book twist.
Today's illustration comes from Jesse Hamm, the artist of Derek Kirk Kim's "Good As Lilly," along with two personal projects currently in the works.
Jesse showcases the potential for cow discomfort when some of comics' mightiest maidens take to milking. Despite their best intentions, some maidens seem better suited than others for the task (at least from a bovine point of view).
Enjoy!

Ahem:
On the eighth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me:
Eight superheroines a milking
Seven Bella Swans a swimming
Six geese a laying
Five power riiiiiiings
Four Calling Birds
Three French Hens
Two Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtledoves
And a "partridge" in a pear tree.
