Parting Shot: Jamie McKelvie’s Custom Captain Marvel Kicks [Fashion]

Young Avengers artist Jamie McKelvie showed off some custom Adidas made to resemble Captain Marvel, the superheroine whose costume he recently redesigned to great acclaim (particularly from cosplayers). McKelvie availed himself of Adidas' "mi adidas" campaign, which allows customers to configure a number of sneakers to their specifications, to create a shoe that you could easily imagine in Carol Danvers' gym locker. U.S. customers can have a go at designing their own shoes at this link, but hardcore DC Comics fans will also want to check out Converse's specially customizable DC kicks, like those worn by our own Bethany Fong.
