I don't know how crazy you guys got ringing in 2012, but I took it pretty easy on the adult beverages myself (I didn't even have any comic book cocktails). That's why when I awoke on Sunday to confirm Anderson Cooper was kidnapped by the Green Goblin on CNN's New Year's Eve special, I wondered if perhaps my $6 bottle of champagne from Trader Joes had been more potent than I'd realized. In the short, Cooper is whisked into the surreal world of the Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark musical, where Patrick Page's Green Goblin demands Cooper host his freaky new news network. The dashing Cooper declines and is saved by Reeve Carney's Spider-Man, returning to the safety of Kathy Griffin's boobs. All's well that... ends! Behold the madness after the jump.
