The Mutants Are The Law In The Latest ‘Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, Part 1′ Clip [Video]

The second clip for Warner Home Video's Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, Part 1 is here, and with it comes a declaration of war. The visor-wearing, spiky-headed scourge of Gotham City known as the Mutants are famous crimefighting fodder in Frank Miller's original The Dark Knight Returns, and so too are the foes in WB's animated adaptation. That doesn't mean their leader's televised monologue promising the horrific end of Police Commissioner Gordon and the Batman is any less entertaining -- in fact, longtime fans will probably get a real kick out of listening to voice actor Gary Anthony Williams (Batman: The Brave and The Bold, MAD, Firebreather, The Boondocks) deliver the pointy-toothed warlord's threats. After catching this clip, fans should be suitably pumped to see Batman's... surgical... response when the animated feature arrives in stores and online on September 25.
