Whose side will you be on when Captain America: Civil War hits theaters next May? That’s the big question in this brief behind-the-scenes video from the Disney Channel — will you side with Tony Stark and the government, or go rogue with Captain America? From what we’ve seen in the trailers, there won’t be any clear winner in this battle, but if we had to choose a side, we’d probably stick with Cap.

Disney Channel On the Set went behind the scenes of Marvel’s epic Civil War, and while it doesn’t show too much from the secretive production, we do see a heavily bruised Robert Downey Jr. (who also appears to be dressed like a 15-year-old), which would suggest that he’s lost at least one battle with Cap. You’ll also see Chris Evans and Sebastian Stan hanging out in what looks like the inside of the Avengers’ Quinjet, or another similar setup.

Last we saw of the Quinjet, Hulk had absconded with it and left his superhero friends behind, though as we've seen in the Civil War trailers, the jet has mysteriously reappeared — sans Hulk.

Captain America: Civil War picks up where Avengers: Age of Ultron left off, as Steve Rogers leads the new team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. After another international incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability and a governing body to determine when to enlist the services of the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers while they try to protect the world from a new and nefarious villain.

Captain America: Civil War hits theaters on May 6, 2016.
