Toys ‘R’ Us Opens Voting for Marvel’s Heralds of Galactus Minimates Box Set

The time has come for Minimates fans to cast their votes for the 2011 Toys "R" Us exclusive they'd like to get their hands on the most. Marvel's got full art showing off each of Diamond Select Toys and Art Asylum's candidates for the "Heralds of Galactus Through the Ages Fan Poll," which you can vote on at the TRU site until the end of May. As a dude who still cackles with glee each time I pass my honkin' Hasbro Galactus from last summer's Comic-Con, I can never get too much of my main man Galan -- even if this particular version is a standard size Minimate with an extra mini Silver Surfer accessory as opposed to an unarticulated resin statue like 2006's Minimates Max Galactus.

From the way voting is set up, selecting your favorite herald among a selection that includes Terrax, Nova (Frankie Raye), Firelord, Air Walker and Morg (and Galactus himself) will compile an unspecified number of the most popular of the bunch into one purchasable pack.
