Jughead’s Date With Sabrina Is Going Very Well With Absolutely No Problems At All In ‘Jughead’ #10 [Preview]

With 75 years worth of comics in the back catalog, there aren't a whole lot of things that we haven't seen the Archie characters do. They've been spies, superheroes, investigated mysteries both weird and otherwise, traveled through time with alarming regularity, and even spent a good amount of their youth obsessing over remote control racecars, but even with all that, we've very rarely seen Jughead going on a date.

There's a reason for that, of course. Even before he was canonically asexual, Jughead was notoriously reluctant to pursue romance. Now, though, in Ryan North and Derek Charm's Jughead #10, he's found himself not just on a date, and not just on a date with a girl that he thought was some kind of gigantic humanoid hamburger, but on a date with a girl that he thought was a gigantic humanoid hamburger who just so happens to be Sabrina, the for-real magical Teenage Witch.
